We are looking for a Microsoft Systems Engineer to join our team in Cincinnati, OH to support our customer's Microsoft cloud and on-premise technologies. Gain a deep experience in Microsoft 365, Security, Azure, Active Directory, LAN, Wireless, Virtualization and Disaster Recovery support and implementation. The majority of our customers depend on our full support and ownership of their entire IT infrastructure management, improvement and security.

Technical Requirements

We’re looking for a person with expertise working with Microsoft on-premise technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

  • 3+ years of experience with strong support knowledge of Windows 10
  • Possess a logical troubleshooting methodology skill
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (M365 administration, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams) and all supported versions of Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook. Migration experience is a plus.
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting backup & recovery software - Datto & Veeam
  • Knowledge in setting up and administering business firewalls & wireless
  • Business application support experience a plus (or proven ability to work with vendors to efficiently resolve customer challenges).

Other Requirements

  • Combination of remote and customer on-site support.
  • Ability to track and account for customer support time
  • Same-day travel to customers outside of Cincinnati occasionally required, typically planned in advance
