We are looking for a Microsoft Systems Engineer to join our team in Cincinnati, OH to support our customer's Microsoft cloud and on-premise technologies. Gain a deep experience in Microsoft 365, Security, Azure, Active Directory, LAN, Wireless, Virtualization and Disaster Recovery support and implementation. Technical Requirements

We’re looking for a person with expertise working with Microsoft on-premise technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

• 3+ years of experience with strong support knowledge of Windows 10
• Possess a logical troubleshooting methodology skill
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (M365 administration, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams) and all supported versions of Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook. Migration experience is a plus.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting backup & recovery software - Datto & Veeam
• Knowledge in setting up and administering business firewalls & wireless
• Business application support experience a plus (or proven ability to work with vendors to efficiently resolve customer challenges).

Other Requirements

• Combination of remote and customer on-site support.
• Ability to track and account for customer support time
• Same-day travel to customers outside of Cincinnati occasionally required, typically planned in advance
